The Minor Construction Program, as a full cost recovery program, provides a full range of construction services to state agencies for small projects generally under $100,000. Minor Construction maintains a high degree of quality in their work product with competitive pricing.
Scopes of work include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. The program's resources are leveraged through outsourced contracts with private contractors for specialized trades or when project load is heavy.
The Minor Construction program is supported by TFC in-house professional design staff (A/E Design Services) when project requirements warrant.
